Steps to make 炼乳樱花蛋糕

  • 1.盐渍樱花提前1小时用冷水泡上(中途要多换几次水)
  • 2.泡好的樱花用厨房纸吸干水分,准备所需主料
  • 3.取三个鸡蛋,蛋清与蛋黄分离,再将一个全蛋打入三个蛋黄中混合一起。把蛋黄用手动打蛋器打成蛋液
  • 4.玉米油倒入奶锅内,坐炉子上开火烧沸,然后关火,再筛入过刷的低粉,快速搅拌至顺滑状态
  • 5.放入炼乳继续搅拌均匀
  • 6.鸡蛋液放入拌好的烫面糊中
  • 7.再打搅成流动性的蛋糊
  • 8.鸡蛋清滴入几滴柠檬汁,打至鱼眼泡,然后分三次加细砂糖,然后打发到湿性发泡的程度,提起打蛋器,蛋白最尖端处轻微下垂即可
  • 9.将打发好的蛋白分三分之一倒入蛋黄糊里,搅拌均匀
  • 10.搅拌好的面糊倒入剩余的蛋白中,然后翻拌均匀
  • 11.直到蛋白与蛋黄糊充分混和
  • 12.烤盘内放入纸膜,把模糊挤入纸膜内,用力震几下,把大气泡震出
  • 13.13.一个纸膜内放入一朵樱花,。烤箱预热150度,用水浴法烘烤,烤盘内装入热水放底层,再放上烤网,把模具放在烤网上,150度,烤10分钟,再转140度,烤35分钟
  • 14.细腻,入口即化的蛋糕出炉啦
