牛油果虾仁沙拉

  • 1.备好食材。
  • 2.紫甘蓝切丝,用盐水泡一泡,沥去水份。
  • 3.虾去壳取虾仁用少许料酒拌一拌。
  • 4.牛油果切开,果核太大,可以沿圈切再小心用刀撬一下。
  • 5.切小片,去皮再切小块。
  • 6.虾仁用开水焯熟。
  • 7.取碟子,摆上紫甘蓝,圣女果。
  • 8.摆上牛油果粒,虾仁。
  • 9.挤上沙拉酱。
  • 10.淋上少许橄榄油皆可。
