Steps to make 戚风蛋糕

  • 1.全部材料
  • 2.蛋白和蛋黄分离
  • 3.蛋黄中加入30克白糖,用打蛋器打散
  • 4.加入色拉油40克
  • 5.加入鲜牛奶40克
  • 6.用打蛋器搅匀,或者橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀
  • 7.蛋白分三次加入白糖打发。打至鱼眼泡的时候第一次加入白糖,并且滴几滴白醋,没有白醋可不加。此时烤箱预热上火140度,下火120度
  • 8.第二次加入白糖
  • 9.第三次加入白糖
  • 10.打至如图出现一个短小直立的尖角
  • 11.取1/3蛋白到蛋黄糊中,翻拌均匀
  • 12.将拌好的蛋黄糊倒回剩余的蛋白盆中,翻拌均匀
  • 13.倒入模具,震出气泡
  • 14.送入预热好的烤箱,上火140,下火120,烤60分钟,图为烤了40分钟时的样子
  • 15.开动吧
