  • 3.取出立刻放入凉水中,多换几次水,至凉透且没有浮油
  • 4.锅内再放入清水,放大骨棒,盖上盖子,开始煮
  • 5.莲藕切块
  • 6.开锅后再等几分钟,放入葱段和姜片,盖上盖子继续煮,煮至肉8分熟,
  • 7.此时放入莲藕块和栗子肉,一起再煮,至肉熟,
  • 8.开锅后,放适量盐和香菜就可以喝了,不需要放复杂的佐料,喝汤就要喝原汁原味。
