  • 1.猪肉馅250克。
  • 2.葱、姜、鸡蛋、面包屑、莲藕。
  • 3.把上述材料切碎。
  • 4.把切碎的的材料加入肉馅中,加料酒、酱油、香油、盐、面包屑、水顺时针打上劲。
  • 5.调好的肉馅包入一个鹌鹑蛋。
  • 6.为了不使手油腻腻,用保鲜膜轻轻一团即可。
  • 7.将肉丸下油锅炸成金黄色。
  • 8.炸好的丸子备用。
  • 9.锅中加油,炝香葱姜蒜大料辣椒。
  • 10.加水,大火烧开。
  • 11.再转小火,把汤汁炖进。
  • 12.出锅盛盘,香气扑鼻呀。
