  • 新鲜小香葱30g

Steps to make 苏式肉月饼

  • 1.将油皮中所有的材料拌至光滑柔软状,松弛30分钟
  • 2.将油黄中所有材料拌匀,拌至软硬度和油皮差不多
  • 3.将油皮和油黄各自分成十份,油皮23g/个,油黄13g/个
  • 4.将油皮压扁,包入油黄
  • 5.擀成长条状, 折叠3层1次, 再次擀开卷起来松弛10分钟
  • 6.将馅料中所有材料一起拌匀,分割成40g/个,并沾上香葱
  • 7.将面皮再次擀开,包入馅料接口向下
  • 8.摆入烤盘轻轻压扁,以160/180℃烘烤大约15分钟左右,待底部上色后,将月饼翻过来,继续烘烤再烘烤15分钟左右
