    • 1.牛腩。
    • 2.土豆、杏鲍菇、蒜、姜。

    • 5.牛腩入水浸泡去除血水,入水焯一下,洗净。
    • 6.牛肉入锅,加少许黄酒、姜片、水,焖至酥而不烂时捞出。
    • 7.锅中放少许油,加姜片、蒜片煸香。
    • 8.放牛腩煸炒一下。
    • 9.加入韩式辣酱,牛肉高汤。
