Steps to make 紫薯双色吐司

  • 1.备好所有材料紫薯蒸完压成泥过筛备用
  • 2.高筋面粉125克,清水55克,鸡蛋液30克,细砂糖13克,酵母1.5克,盐1克在和面盆搅匀后移至揉面垫揉出粗膜后加入8克黄油继续揉
  • 3.大概十分钟后面团可以拉出薄膜即可
  • 4.高筋面粉125克,紫薯泥50克,鸡蛋液20克,清水50克,细砂糖12克,酵母1.5克,盐1克在和面盆用筷子搅匀后抓成团移至揉面垫揉大概十分钟至面团比粗膜加入8克黄油继续揉
  • 5.大概十分钟后面团可以拉出薄膜即可
  • 6.两个面团盖上保鲜膜发酵至1.5倍大
  • 7.排气后盖上保鲜膜松弛十五分钟
  • 8.用擀面杖擀开面团叠一起卷起来
  • 9.放入450克的吐司模具二次发酵
  • 10.发酵至八分满刷上蛋液
  • 11.放入上下火180度预热好的烤箱中下层烤制40分钟
