香酥绿豆饼
红豆馅酥饼做过,绿豆馅的还是第一次做,其实做法都是一样的,只是食材有所不同。
绿豆的营养价值很高,具有清热消暑、解毒消痛、利尿除湿等功效,夏季食用最为适宜。
做酥饼通常都是用猪油和面,起酥效果比较好,然而,动物油吃了后会觉得有负担,所以就改换成植物油,结果起酥效果还是不错的(可以看图哦),酥饼一咬直掉渣,还有浓浓的绿豆清香呢,真是太好吃了!

  • 玉米油120g
  • 绿豆馅250g
  • 绵白糖30g
  • 清水80g

Steps to make 香酥绿豆饼

  • 1.准备好所需食材
  • 2.先做水油皮:盆里倒入中筋面粉200g、糖30g、玉米油60g、清水80g
  • 3.和成面团后用保鲜膜盖上备用
  • 4.再来做油酥:盆中倒入中筋面粉130g、玉米油60g
  • 5.混合均匀揉成油酥面团
  • 6.把油酥分成16份,每份12g,并搓成圆球(我每份分成11g,所以多出了一份)
  • 7.再把水油皮面团分成16份,每份22g,盖上保鲜膜放置15分钟
  • 8.取一个水油皮,用手捏成圆形,再将油酥放在中间
  • 9.把油酥包进去后,用虎口收紧封口,收口向下放
  • 10.用擀面杖把面团擀成椭圆形
  • 11.由上往下卷
  • 12.卷好后,竖着放
  • 13.再次用擀面杖擀成长条
  • 14.由上往下卷起
  • 15.卷好后用保鲜膜盖好,放置15分钟
  • 16.这时把绿豆馅同样分成16份,每份15g,并搓成圆球。自制绿豆馅的做法:http://home.meishichina.com/recipe-190460.html
  • 17.将饧好后的面团擀开
  • 18.将绿豆馅放在中间包起来,最后用虎口把封口收紧
  • 19.收口向下,用手掌轻轻按扁
  • 20.做好后,全部放入烤盘中
  • 21.烤箱上下火200度预热,将烤盘放置烤箱的中层先烤15分钟
  • 22.15分钟后,再把饼翻面,继续烤15分钟即可出炉
  • 23.放至不烫时,就可以享用啦,呵呵,酥的直掉渣哦!
