Steps to make 火麻仁鹰嘴豆烧双菇

  • 1.准备好各种食材:提前一晚泡上鹰嘴豆、杏鲍菇、鲍鱼菇,第二天将鹰嘴豆做熟成五香口味,配菜备齐。
  • 2.锅中放油,下入姜姜末爆香后放入泡发好的杏鲍菇和鲍鱼菇一起煸炒,放少许料酒,需多炒一会儿。
  • 3.锅中加水,我加的是泡菌菇的水,再放小半盒浓汤宝,盖锅盖煮熟。
  • 4.食材成熟加入鹰嘴豆和豆腐干再焖煮一会儿,待水收干即可出锅。
  • 5.出锅装盘,趁热撒上火麻仁和黄瓜片增香添色。
