【花样寿司】----蟹棒寿司
今天做这个【蟹棒寿司】纯属意外收获。我原本是想把蟹棒也卷在紫菜里面的。后来实在不想把这漂亮艳丽的蟹棒裹进黑黑的紫菜里面去。后来,再后来我就突发奇想,把蟹棒裹在了饭团外面。
   呵呵,用的是韩式拌饭法,做的是饭团,包裹的是蟹棒,我都不知道这款寿司该归类到什么品种了呢!嘿嘿,做寿司还激发出本人的创作欲望了呢!

    Steps to make 【花样寿司】----蟹棒寿司

    • 1.将蒸好的大米饭趁热倒入黑白芝麻和香油、精盐,搅拌均匀,晾凉待用。
    • 2.将蟹肉棒用开水焯熟。
    • 3.将蟹肉棒切成两半。
    • 4.将黄瓜、胡萝卜、大根切成很细很细的小丁。
    • 5.拌进米饭里面,搅拌均匀。
    • 6.将米饭做成饭团。
    • 7.将蟹肉棒卷开后包裹着饭团即可。
    • 8.不包裹蟹棒,就是裸饭团,也是很好吃的。
