荷包蛋肉片丝瓜汤

Steps to make 荷包蛋肉片丝瓜汤

  • 1.口蘑切片。
  • 2.丝瓜削皮清洗干净,切滚刀块,姜切片。
  • 3.瘦肉切丝,用一点点盐、生抽、淀粉,抓拌均匀腌制5分钟。
  • 4.起锅烧水,水开后把口蘑片放进去,焯水一分钟,去一下蘑菇的异味。
  • 5.捞出来沥干水份。
  • 6.起锅烧油,把两个鸡蛋打进去,蛋黄不用搅散。
  • 7.一面煎金黄了翻另一面继续煎至金黄。
  • 8.加入3~4碗温水,把丝瓜和口蘑片倒进去。
  • 9.水开后加入半个浓汤宝,转中小火煮2分钟。
  • 10.两分钟后,浓汤宝已经充分融合在汤里,转大火,把猪肉丝倒进去。
  • 11.迅速用筷子把猪肉丝搅开,加入一点点盐和适量胡椒粉,再次烧开后即可。
  • 12.荷包蛋丝瓜汤,简单快手,晚点清淡,是夏日最常做的汤。
