Steps to make 鱼香杏鲍菇

  • 1.准备好原材料
  • 2.杏鲍菇切成稍微厚一点的片,然后切成花刀
  • 3.青蒜苗切成小段
  • 4.泡椒切成小段,生姜大葱切成末
  • 5.锅里放入适量花生油,烧到五成热,放入葱姜末、大蒜的根部部分,炒出香味
  • 6.放入杏鲍菇,翻炒,加入适量盐、少许生抽、蚝油,翻炒均匀
  • 7.加入适量水,大火烧开
  • 8.等水比较少的时候,加入水淀粉
  • 9.加入蒜苗叶子,再翻炒一分钟
  • 10.出锅了
