香甜软糯又好吃的南瓜豆沙包
万圣节快到了,做了这款香甜软糯的南瓜豆沙早餐包。

Steps to make 香甜软糯又好吃的南瓜豆沙包

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.除了黄油外把所有的食材加入和面机中。
  • 3.和面10分钟后把软化的黄油放入继续和面至出手套膜即可取出放入台面揉匀成光滑面团把和面机里的搅拌棒取出,把面团放入和面桶里,盖上盖子按醒面键选择“时间”1小时30分钟。
  • 4.醒面的时间,把豆沙馅分成35克一个,搓成圆形,准备好棉线,烤盘中铺入油纸待用。
  • 5.把发酵好的面团取出分成9份,揉成小面团盖上保鲜膜醒15分钟。
  • 6.把面团擀开排出空气,揉成圆形,包入豆沙馅,把棉线摆成米子形把面团放在上面。把棉线拎起打个结放入烤盘中。
  • 7.把烤盘放入蒸烤箱中,选择“发酵”功能,温度35℃时间25分钟就可以了。
  • 8.预热烤箱选择温度上管160℃下管170℃时间25分钟,预热完成后把烤盘放入即可。
  • 9.最后待凉后把棉线取下,用葡萄干点缀做南瓜柄。香甜好吃看得见。
