牛奶橙汁果冻
冬季又是吃橙子的季节了,用新鲜的橙汁来做果冻,香甜顺滑,加了牛奶和糖,橙子的酸味中和了不少。暖暖的午后晒着太阳吃着橙汁果冻,真是悠闲又惬意啊。

Steps to make 牛奶橙汁果冻

  • 1.橙子洗净后顶部切开。吉利丁片提前泡软备用。
  • 2.把橙子的果肉挖出来,用搅拌汁搅成泥。
  • 3.用筛子过滤一下,留下橙汁备用。
  • 4.奶锅中加入牛奶和细砂糖,小火煮至糖溶化关火,加入泡软的吉利丁片,用勺子搅拌一下使吉利丁片溶化。
  • 5.牛奶液放凉后加入橙汁,稍拌一下。
  • 6.然后把牛奶橙汁倒入到橙子里面,盖上盖子,入冰箱冷藏至凝固,即可取出食用。
