Steps to make 炸虾

  • 1.备:大虾。
  • 2.黄面包糠,蛋黄液。
  • 3.大虾去头,去壳,去虾肠,然后洗干净放盐,胡椒粉,米酒抓匀腌制一会儿。
  • 4.腌好的虾先沾蛋黄液。
  • 5.再沾黄面包糠,稍微压紧。
  • 6.依次都沾好放于盘中备用。
  • 7.小汤锅中油烧至六成热,放入大虾炸。
  • 8.炸至金黄酥脆约五分钟即可。
  • 9.捞出来沥油。
  • 10.装盘,蘸甜辣酱或沙拉酱都很赞。
