Steps to make 芝麻椰蓉花式面包

  • 1.备齐材料
  • 2.牛奶、鸡蛋等液体依次加入面包桶,糖加在一边角落,盐加在另一边角落,筛入高筋面粉,在面粉上面挖一个小洞,放上酵母后再盖上面粉
  • 3.启动两个和面程序,然后再启动发面程序发酵面团
  • 4.发酵好的面团取出排气揉匀
  • 5.将白芝麻揉进面团
  • 6.均匀的分成双等份,盖上保鲜膜饧15分钟
  • 7.取两个面团,分别揉成长条,一根缠绕另一根
  • 8.相同的操作,再用另一根缠饶一次,直至相互缠绕完
  • 9.做好的花式面包入烤箱二发,45度40分钟
  • 10.取出刷蛋液,撒上椰蓉
  • 11.烤箱预热160度,置中层上下火烤20分钟
  • 12.出炉。
