清炖羊蝎子
国庆假期,刚刚从草原回来。三个家庭要了一只羊,战斗力不够,剩了一条腿和整根羊蝎子。我将羊蝎子拿回来,做了这锅清炖羊蝎子。肉嫩汤鲜!

  • 白蔻两颗
  • 砂仁一粒
  • 香叶两片
  • 茴香籽一小撮
  • 大葱一根
  • 鲜姜一块
  • 大蒜数瓣
  • 干红辣椒两个

Steps to make 清炖羊蝎子

  • 1.新鲜的羊蝎子洗净,剁成小块
  • 2.入凉水锅,大火烧开
  • 3.所有调料准备好
  • 4.水开,撇去浮沫
  • 5.除盐以外的所有调料全部入锅,小火,盖上锅盖焖煮;用筷子能轻松插透肉厚的地方,放盐,10分钟,出锅。
  • 6.撒上香菜或者香葱,食用
