  • 1.黄瓜去皮,切片,雪菜洗干净,鸡蛋打散,葱姜切丝(儿子不吃姜,所以我们家无论烧什么都是切姜片哦)。
  • 2.点火,入油。
  • 3.葱姜爆锅,翻炒雪菜。
  • 4.再放入黄瓜。
  • 5.这时汤锅放清水烧开。
  • 6.将炒好的雪菜黄瓜倒入沸水中。
  • 7.用勺子把豆腐舀到锅里。
  • 8.水开后倒入蛋液,勾芡,放盐,鸡精,淋点香油出锅哦。
  • 9.开动吧。
