  • 1.新鲜的鸡小腿肉。
  • 2.首先去掉骨头。
  • 3.然后用专用肉锤或者刀背把肉砸匀基本大了一倍左右即可。
  • 4.然后翻面,用叉子把皮扎一些眼。
  • 5.然后把肉放入小盆,放入绍酒、生抽、蚝油和盐少许抓匀后撒上洋葱丝和姜丝腌制20-30分钟左右。
  • 6.在等待时候把配菜清洗干净并焯水后过凉。
  • 7.瑞仕锅热了放少许橄榄油。
  • 8.等锅稍微热了,放入腌制好的鸡肉。可以盖上盖子。
  • 9.等一面定型变金黄了翻面煎熟了即可。
  • 10.然后锅内一点点油放入韩式辣酱。
  • 11.在把肉切成块摆盘,蔬菜摆放在边上。
  • 12.在放入配菜,放少许盐煸炒几下即可。
