    Steps to make 肥肠粉

    • 1.红薯粉放入热水中将其泡软。
    • 2.肥肠放入盆中倒入一些面粉、啤酒来回揉搓,直至污物洗净,切小块备用。
    • 3.锅置火上少许油烧热,放入泡姜泡辣椒、豆瓣酱、蒜片、花椒、干辣椒,炒香。
    • 4.放入肥肠爆炒。
    • 5.加入适量热水,下入浓汤宝。
    • 6.烧沸后慢炖40-60分钟。
    • 7.烧水至沸腾,放泡软的红薯粉,煮至透明捞出。
    • 8.红油辣椒、酱油、芽菜、芹菜粒、醋、葱花、油酥黄豆、胡椒粉调入碗中。
    • 9.碗中加入肥肠、肥肠汤料。
    • 10.放入红薯粉,然后再按口味加入调料即可。
