玫瑰熔岩蛋糕
玫瑰代表浪漫,代表爱情。
这款熔岩蛋糕,我用了玫瑰的外形,挖开蛋糕时流淌出香甜的巧克力液,就像爱情那么甜蜜。。。

这款蛋糕做法其实蛮简单,但要想真正做好还是有难度的,主要还是在最后烘烤时温度和时间的掌控上。

材料:
主料:黑巧克力86g,黄油80g,低筋面粉30g
辅料:细砂糖12g,鸡蛋50g,纯咖啡粉3.6g,香草精1/8小勺,朗姆酒1/8小勺,盐1g,开水25g

Steps to make 玫瑰熔岩蛋糕

  • 1.向纯咖啡粉中冲入开水,搅匀,备用
  • 2.黑巧克力隔水融化成液态
  • 3.加入黄油
  • 4.继续融化并搅匀
  • 5.加入朗姆酒
  • 6.加入香草精
  • 7.倒入之前冲好的咖啡液
  • 8.搅拌均匀
  • 9.鸡蛋1个(净重约50g)打入碗中,加入细砂糖搅匀
  • 10.将蛋液倒入巧克力混合液中
  • 11.加入盐
  • 12.搅拌均匀
  • 13.筛入低筋面粉
  • 14.搅拌均匀
  • 15.将蛋糕糊倒入模具
  • 16.送入预热好的烤箱中,220度约8分钟,出炉后尽快脱模即可
