水晶灌汤饺
今天冬至,都吃饺子了吗?冬至是农历中的一个重要节气,又名“一阳生”。冬至数九寒冬、长至节、亚岁。
冬至日,北方有宰养,吃饺子的习俗,南方有吃冬至米团,长面线的习惯。在广东饺子要属于水晶饺子最出名,晶莹剔透,馅肉多,味道鲜美。一蒸笼,上来,扑面随风香。

  • 虾仁300克
  • 猪肉200克
  • 胡萝卜100克
  • 香葱100克
  • 3ml
  • 3克
  • 生抽3ml
  • 料酒2ml
  • 生姜10克
  • 生粉10克

Steps to make 水晶灌汤饺

  • 1.准备食材:水晶饺子粉、虾仁、猪瘦肉、胡萝卜、香葱;
  • 2.虾肉洗净,剁碎,留三分之一切大块;
  • 3.猪肉洗净剁碎,胡萝卜洗净剁碎,加入虾肉、香葱、油、盐、生抽、料酒、生姜、生粉等拌均腌制,可以放入冰箱,这样汁就多;
  • 4.饺子粉,加入沸水,拌均至拌透明状;
  • 5.乘热揉搓成光滑面团;
  • 6.分成小团;
  • 7.小面团擀薄,做成饺子皮;
  • 8.把馅肉放入饺子皮上,包自己喜欢的形状;
  • 9.把包好的饺子放入蒸笼上;PS:防止粘,垫上厨房蒸纸
  • 10.清水煮沸,隔水放入蒸笼,盖上盖子,蒸12分钟;
  • 11.饺子蒸好,晶莹剔透,香味扑鼻。
