Steps to make 果酱花式面包

  • 1.阿胶枣煮烂打成泥入不粘锅制成枣泥酱
  • 2.全部食材放面包桶内和成面团饧发至2倍大小
  • 3.操作板上分剂
  • 4.分别排气滚圆,然后擀成圆饼
  • 5.铺上枣泥酱抹平
  • 6.盖上一张面饼
  • 7.接着再抹上枣泥酱
  • 8.再盖上一张面饼,直到把5张面饼都做完,轻轻托起面片放在活底模具上
  • 9.对称着切4刀变成4份
  • 10.再对称着切4刀变成8等份
  • 11.以此类推最后变成16等份
  • 12.两两相对扭一下
  • 13.全部扭好的生胚,看着挺漂亮的
  • 14.将生胚移入模具里二次发酵
  • 15.二发好的样子
  • 16.表面刷蛋液
  • 17.提前预热烤箱200度烤30分钟
  • 18.烤好后立即取出,稍凉后脱模
