糖水海棠——大自然秋天的馈赠
东北每年八月份,李子、海棠相继成熟,早市上水果飘香,一年中收获的季节来临。每到这个季节,做一点糖水海棠,酸酸甜甜,感受一下秋天的气息,是多么美好的事!

    Steps to make 糖水海棠——大自然秋天的馈赠

    • 1.选果实通红的小海棠洗净,大果和绿果海棠也能做,但色泽不好看。
    • 2.去掉果蒂和果头。
    • 3.水开下锅煮。
    • 4.海棠下锅同时根据自己口味放冰糖适量。我用了四勺冰糖,偏甜一点。
    • 5.我用的黄冰糖。如果放白糖也可以,但白糖甜度高,要减少用量。
    • 6.把冰糖煮融化,再煮3分钟左右就可以了。不要煮太久。
    • 7.完成了!色彩艳丽,酸酸甜甜。
