从小吃习惯了妈妈做的松软可口的鸡蛋煎饼,来到北方以后一直不习惯早点摊上的煎饼果子。于是就试着自己做鸡蛋煎饼,发现并没有想象中的那么难,只要掌握好火候,很简单。

    Steps to make 鸡蛋煎饼

    • 1.准备材料:鸡蛋,面粉,清水,葱末,姜末。
    • 2.面粉加入清水搅拌均匀调成面糊。
    • 3.在搅好的面糊里加入鸡蛋,继续搅拌均匀。
    • 4.加入葱末和姜末,放入食盐,搅拌均匀。
    • 5.小火在锅里放少许油,油热后,把鸡蛋糊用勺舀入,晃动平底锅使蛋液铺开成圆形。
    • 6.一定要小火煎制,等鸡蛋糊凝固成形才能翻面,不然就会破掉。
    • 7.一面煎好后,用铲子从边缘铲起翻面。
    • 8.两面都煎好就可出锅。
