Steps to make 武汉米面窝

  • 1.黄豆和大米洗净后浸泡8个小时左右。
  • 2.泡好的大米和黄豆放入料理机里,加入清水,水盖过大米约一厘米高。
  • 3.准备适量的葱花,姜末和芝麻(芝麻可加可不加,加芝麻更漂亮,吃起来更香)。
  • 4.料理机打好米浆后加入适量的食盐,小葱,生姜末和芝麻搅拌均匀。
  • 5.鸡蛋1个打成蛋液也加入米浆中,继续搅拌均匀备用。
  • 6.油锅倒入油,把面窝勺也放里面一起加热,油温7成热时起勺留一点底油在勺里,淋上适量的米浆在面窝勺上(中间凸起部分不用米浆)。
  • 7.将面窝勺入油锅中,中火炸,边炸边晃动勺子。
  • 8.脱模后炸下一个,炸至两面金黄就可以岀锅沥油。
  • 9.炸好的米面窝看起来很有食欲,吃起来也香香脆脆的。
