Steps to make 腊肠煲仔饭

  • 1.砂锅刷油防粘
  • 2.大米淘洗干净后加比平时电饭煲煮饭多一点的水浸泡一会儿,然后大火烧开转中小火继续煮
  • 3.油菜和青豆焯水后过冷水沥干水份备用
  • 4.腊肠切片备用
  • 5.焖好的米饭好香,和电饭煲做的味道都不一样
  • 6.把之前准备好的油菜、青豆和腊肠按照自己喜欢的样子摆放好,再打两个鸡蛋进去继续盖上盖子焖几分钟即可
  • 7.香葱碎、姜末、生抽、少许白糖混合备用
  • 8.哇,已经熟了哦,香气扑鼻而且颜值很高哦
