藕条炒豆角
做素排骨剩下半节莲藕、煲汤又太少、浪费也可惜、冰箱刚好有几根豆角、干脆全部利用起来,就炒了这道素菜~~豆角炒藕条。口感清爽、不错!

  • 胡萝卜半根
  • 蒜瓣2个
  • 鲍鱼汁2汤匙
  • 鸡粉少许
  • 清水少许

Steps to make 藕条炒豆角

  • 1.食材:豆角、莲藕、胡萝卜、蒜瓣。
  • 2.莲藕去皮切条,胡萝卜去皮切条。
  • 3.豆角折断浸泡片刻,蒜瓣去皮拍碎。
  • 4.热锅、倒油,下蒜蓉爆香。
  • 5.加入豆角翻炒片刻。
  • 6.倒入藕条继续翻炒。
  • 7.倒入胡萝卜条不停爆炒。
  • 8.加入少许清水拌炒片刻、遮上锅盖焖煮1分钟左右、让其快速受热均匀。
  • 9.调入盐、鸡粉。
  • 10.倒下鲍鱼汁翻炒均匀即可。
  • 11.铲起、装盆~
