    Steps to make 玫瑰花月饼

    • 1.普通面粉、水、黄油、糖
    • 2.水油皮活成光滑面团,酥皮搓均匀
    • 3.分别分成小剂子,用水油皮包住酥皮
    • 4.擀成椭圆形,再卷成卷
    • 5.旋转90度
    • 6.重新擀开卷成卷
    • 7.云南食用玫瑰花瓣
    • 8.把皮按扁,包入馅料
    • 9.封口朝下摆在烤盘中,刷上蛋黄液,撒上芝麻做装饰
    • 10.烤箱200度
    • 11.烤箱中层,25分钟左右
    • 12.烤好的月饼非常的香,花香扑鼻
