椒盐带鱼

  • 少许
  • 四瓣
  • 料酒三茶匙
  • 胡椒粉半茶匙
  • 椒盐粉15克

Steps to make 椒盐带鱼

  • 1.带鱼快加入三茶匙料酒,少许盐,半茶匙胡椒粉,姜片拌匀腌制十五分钟左右
  • 2.腌制好的带鱼依次裹上一层薄薄的生粉
  • 3.姜,蒜,小米辣切碎,葱切葱花备用
  • 4.不粘锅倒入适量的底油烧至七成热下带鱼煎制
  • 5.待一面煎至金黄翻面继续煎至金黄熟透捞出备用
  • 6.锅里留一点点底油下姜,蒜,小米辣爆香
  • 7.倒入煎好的带鱼撒上葱花
  • 8.均匀的撒上椒盐即可
