番茄牛腩汤

    Steps to make 番茄牛腩汤

    • 1.牛腩洗净切块,放入开水中焯两分钟,焯好后,过水洗净上面的血水和浮沫。
    • 2.洋葱、土豆切丁,西红柿切大块。
    • 3.炒锅放入黄油,加入洋葱和土豆丁。撒点茴香翻炒,等炒出香味的时候加入葱姜,然后再放入西红柿翻炒,加入牛腩翻炒。
    • 4.加适量的番茄酱,翻炒几次后加入水,最好一次加足,中途最好不再加水,实在要加就加热水吧,否则失去营养且肉质变老。
    • 5.慢炖,急的话可以加点山楂片或者山楂,这样比较容易炖烂。炖会之后再加盐,别早早就加,防止肉发紧,且不易炖烂。
    • 6.煲好的番茄牛肉汤香味浓郁、口感微微酸甜、开胃健脾。
