Steps to make 年糕&奶酪棒

  • 1.准备好食材,年糕,超市买的条装年糕,回来自己切片的。
  • 2.菠菜摘去黄叶,放水里浸泡10分钟,再清洗干净备用。
  • 3.先来煮年糕:锅中水开,放入年糕片,用汤勺轻轻推一推以防粘锅底,加盖大火。
  • 4.煮开后激小半碗清水,盖上盖,转小火煮一会儿。
  • 5.这时来烤奶酪棒:取出奶酪棒,无需提前解冻。
  • 6.放至空气炸锅中,温度200度,烤2分钟。
  • 7.时间到取出炸篮,放入奶酪丁,温度不变再烤3分钟。
  • 8.呜呜呜,看到锅底了吗?爆浆了,烤好后不要着急取出,静置1分钟。
  • 9.这时年糕也煮好了,把洗净的菠菜放进去,煮至变色变软就可以了。
  • 10.盛入盘中。
  • 11.奶酪棒金黄酥脆。
  • 12.奶香浓郁,绵长拉丝。
  • 13.蘸着番茄酱一起,好吃不得了。
