欧式抹茶红豆面包

Steps to make 欧式抹茶红豆面包

  • 1.把高粉、低筋面粉、盐、酵母、抹茶粉倒入搅拌器皿内,混合均匀;
  • 2.依次加入水、酸奶、汤种、烫种搅拌,水的部分分多次慢档加入;
  • 3.将面团搅至能拉出粗糙的薄膜后,黄油放入搅至能拉出透明的薄膜;
  • 4.放入蔓越莓慢档搅匀;
  • 5.取出揉圆松弛30min;
  • 6.将面团排气后,平均分割成两个小面团,整理成长条状松弛
  • 7.面团顺着长条方向压扁,铺入红豆,卷起;
  • 8.接口朝下,整理成形,码入烤盘;
  • 9.面团放入温暖潮湿的环境中发酵45min,表面筛面粉;
  • 10.放入预热好的德普烤箱,烤制15min左右。
