豌豆火腿冬菇丁
家有不爱吃蔬菜的妞,伤脑筋啊~~每次做荤菜,想着法子掺点蔬菜在里面,后来发觉这个办法挺好使的,每次都能蒙混过关哈哈,小妞吃得多且欢。吃完了小妞还说了一句“好好味”。听着让俺心里美滋滋的,心想,这又是一道得到认可的美味。

  • 火腿1片
  • 干冬菇4个
  • 胡萝卜半根
  • 鸡粉少许

Steps to make 豌豆火腿冬菇丁

  • 1.所有食材:豌豆、冬菇、胡萝卜、火腿。
  • 2.冬菇去头洗净,用水泡发软后捞起挤干水分,泡发冬菇的水保留,下个步奏可用。
  • 3.火腿、冬菇、胡萝卜去皮、分别切粒。
  • 4.锅里放水烧开、倒下豌豆、胡萝卜粒,加上1汤匙盐、1汤匙油,煮5分钟左右,捞起沥干水。
  • 5.热锅放几滴油,倒下火腿粒煸炒出油脂、至金黄色。
  • 6.加上冬菇粒保持大火爆炒片刻。
  • 7.再倒进焯好的豌豆、胡萝卜粒不停翻炒,这时所有食材水分慢慢蒸发掉、开始发干。
  • 8.加进冬菇水继续翻炒至食材吸收。
  • 9.调入盐、鸡粉翻炒均匀。
  • 10.装盆~开动。
