Steps to make 米酒汤圆

  • 1.优质糯米淘洗 用冷水泡4小时
  • 2.上屉蒸25分钟左右 米粒是颗粒状为最好
  • 3.甜酒曲一块 压碎
  • 4.压碎甜酒曲拌在糯米饭里
  • 5.保鲜盒密封 放在室温下 温度23度左右大概30小时发酵好 时间和温度是关键 发过了会酸 一定要注意观察发酵
  • 6.锅里放米酒煮开 在和一块糯米粉面团
  • 7.捏成小条 揪小块 煮开就OK了
