塔菜炒虾酱
这种虾酱是用整个小虾子腌制的,初期是整只虾子,发酵的过程有的虾子会化成酱,味道特别纯正。
我最喜欢整只虾的时候,来用做菜。

  • 1.取塔菜。
  • 2.洗净。
  • 3.改刀,茎叶分开,葱叶切末。
  • 4.热锅冷油。
  • 5.油热放菜梗翻炒至变色。
  • 6.取虾酱。
  • 7.放虾酱炒至虾酱变色熟透。
  • 8.放菜叶翻炒至菜叶断生即可。
  • 9.起锅装盘。
  • 10.成品。
