  • 大喜大烤肉酱100克
  • 料酒20克

Steps to make 酱烤鱿鱼须

  • 1.准备好所有的食材。
  • 2.鱿鱼须洗净加入料酒。
  • 3.再加入60克烤肉酱和适量的盐。
  • 4.把鱿鱼拌均匀腌制2个小时以上。
  • 5.烤盘铺锡纸,再把洋葱碎和大蒜碎铺上面。
  • 6.放入腌制的鱿鱼须。
  • 7.取一个小碗加入色拉油和烤肉酱拌均匀。
  • 8.把油酱料刷在鱿鱼上面。
  • 9.烤箱预热200度放入烤盘。
  • 10.烤制15分钟后取出烤盘再刷一些油酱料。
  • 11.然后放入烤箱。
  • 12.继续烤制15分钟即好。
