  • 1.里脊肉剁成肉泥
  • 2.加盐,糖,黑胡椒粉,生抽,搅拌均匀
  • 3.把肉团不断的朝碗里摔打,使之上劲
  • 4.把肉团放在油纸上,盖一层保鲜膜,用擀面杖擀平
  • 5.蜂蜜和水1:1勾兑,刷在肉片上
  • 6.烤箱160度,烤10分钟后取出翻面,揭下油纸,隔一段时间刷一次蜂蜜水
  • 7.切片
