双红荷包蛋煮彩色汤圆
广东的这个梅雨季节,可能也快要到头了,天气有些阴冷潮湿,我的早餐里面就加入了一些红糖,红枣双红元素,希望吃了身体会暖和些,驱驱寒气。早上来一个鸡蛋,让早餐更加有营养,来一点小汤圆,裹裹腹吧。早上来点甜汤,让美好的一天甜甜的开始啦!

Steps to make 双红荷包蛋煮彩色汤圆

  • 1.我用高压锅煮的,锅中水烧开,放入彩色汤圆,马上搅动下,以免粘锅。
  • 2.煮至汤圆浮起。
  • 3.鸡蛋准备三个,我们是一人一个。
  • 4.将鸡蛋磕开,直接打入高压锅中。等稍定型后,搅动下。放入红枣。我家的红枣是被我蒸熟了的,所以最后放。如果是没有加工过的红枣就要和汤圆一起放入煮比较好哦。
  • 5.关火,加入适量红糖。我只用了一小部分哈。可根据个人口味添加。
  • 6.盛出即可食用。
