传统美味——青椒外婆肉菜盒
“菜盒子”,是中国北方常见的一种小吃。一般以小麦粉做皮,蔬菜和肉类做馅,以“烙”的方式加工至熟透即食。外婆菜是湖南湘西地区一道家常菜,原料选用多种野菜、湘西土菜,以湘西传统的民间制作方法晒干放入坛内腌制而成,不添加任何色素和防腐剂,加上肉泥、辣椒、植物油、食盐等,是难得一见的时尚湘菜,口感极好,嚼之有劲,品之逾香,具有开胃下饭,降血脂、软化血管、滋养容颜的功效。

    Steps to make 传统美味——青椒外婆肉菜盒

    • 1.食材:虫草花、土豆、青椒、香菇、外婆菜。
    • 2.大肉放生姜和大葱,剁成肉馅。
    • 3.把虫草花、土豆、青椒、香菇切丁备用。
    • 4.炒锅倒适量植物油,油烧8成热倒入肉馅翻炒。
    • 5.翻炒均匀后再倒入外婆菜和青椒。
    • 6.外婆菜炒香后倒入其他菜丁搅拌均匀即可(不用炒熟)。
    • 7.炒好的馅料放在碗里,等凉了以后再加盐和花椒粉调味。
    • 8.面粉里加盐、花椒粉和小茴香。
    • 9.和成面团醒20分钟。
    • 10.醒好的面团分成小面团。
    • 11.取一个小面团擀成薄片。
    • 12.包上适量馅料。
    • 13.先对折,然后在边缘捏上花边。
    • 14.平底锅放少许油,油热放入饼坯小火慢煎。
    • 15.一面煎至金黄后煎另一面。
    • 16.平底锅里淋少许水,盖上锅盖焖一会。
    • 17.出锅。
