蜜汁糯米枣
这菜以前在餐馆里吃过,记得纳米喜欢吃,凭着感觉做一次,餐馆里好象不是蒸出来的,米妈自做主张用蒸的方法来做,结果还可以,但女儿这次却只吃枣,不吃糯米面,害得妈妈一个个的抠出来,呵呵。

  • 白糖20克
  • 奶粉20克

Steps to make 蜜汁糯米枣

  • 1.原料图,红枣需要提前泡软。
  • 2.将奶粉和糖同糯米面一起纳盆。
  • 3.加适量水,边加边搅拌,呈粗颗粒状。
  • 4.用手将面团成团备用。
  • 5.借助剪刀或者其它工具,将枣枣核去掉,尽可能保持枣的完整性。
  • 6.将面团反复揉软。
  • 7.分成小团酿在枣子中间。
  • 8.摆盘后放在水开已开的笼格上。
  • 9.大火蒸十二分钟。
  • 10.另取一小锅,加两大勺水,适量糖。
  • 11.兑一勺淀粉水。
  • 12.糖水烧开后,勾芡。
  • 13.将芡汁浇在蒸好的枣上。
