蒸虾肠粉
陈村粉米香味浓,柔韧性十足而又嫩滑。蒜香辣鲜酱汁渗入嫩滑的陈村粉中,再加上粉中卷入的虾仁,味道很鲜美~~

  • 虾仁 150克
  • 青椒 2件
  • 红椒5件
  • 蒜蓉3瓣
  • 葱丝1根
  • 李锦记天成一味2汤匙
  • 花生油1汤匙半

Steps to make 蒸虾肠粉

  • 1.主料备好。
  • 2.虾仁解冻洗净,陈村粉解散备用。
  • 3.蒜剁成茸,青红椒切成粒,葱撕成细丝泡入水中备用。
  • 4.辣椒豉油的做法:锅下油放入蒜茸扁香,爆出蒜香味后加入青红辣椒。
  • 5.然后加入酱油,小火煮热即可。
  • 6.把陈村粉摊开平铺,在肠粉上放上虾仁。
  • 7.把陈村粉卷起来,切成均匀的段放入盘中。
  • 8.锅下水烧开后,放入虾肠粉,大火蒸约3分钟(如果虾大要蒸5分钟)。
  • 9.虾肠粉蒸熟后从锅里移出。
  • 10.再把辣椒豉油淋在虾肠粉上,撒上葱丝装饰。
