  • 1.虾洗净,去壳
  • 2.用牙签从虾背中段挑去肠线
  • 3.加入少许盐和料酒抓匀

  • 5.锅内放入稍多油,烧热后下入虾仁,保持中小火
  • 6.炸至金黄色捞出沥干油,撒上椒盐,趁热食用
