Steps to make 香浓花生酱

  • 1.500克花生米准备好
  • 2.平铺在烤盘里
  • 3.入预热好的烤箱中,180度,中层,上下火, 15分钟左右
  • 4.烤好的花生米,红皮裂开,花生仁微黄
  • 5.晾到手温时,可用双手搓掉花生外皮
  • 6.花生仁全部入破壁机杯中
  • 7.启动“酱料”程序,花生仁瞬间被打碎
  • 8.继续搅打成酱状,也可以根据自己的口味加盐或者糖,我个人认为原味的已经很香了,所以什么调料都没放
  • 9.关掉电源,舀一勺花生酱,真香真细腻呀
  • 10.自己做的花生酱放心、美味
  • 11.好浓香啊
  • 12.抹在蛋糕或者面包上,更增添美味和营养
