  • 大蒜2头
  • 鱼露2勺

Steps to make 韩式白泡菜

  • 1.先把白菜腌好,腌白菜的步骤可以参考伊娃烹饪《辣白菜》的制作方法。腌好的白菜用水冲洗好之后放到筛子里晾一会儿,把水分排掉。
  • 2.梨、彩椒、萝卜、洋葱切丝备好。每一种材料用的都不多,梨用了一半,彩椒纯粹是为了好看,用半颗绿色的就够了(彩椒太贵,囧),萝卜差不多是切下1厘米左右的厚度,洋葱用了两层。
  • 3.两头蒜全剥好切成沫,注意是切哦~~~没有用搅拌机,也没有碾碎。一刀刀切成了沫,不是做成蒜泥噢。蒜要足够量才够味儿!
  • 4.上面2个步骤的材料加上半勺盐和一勺鱼露拌一拌,制成白泡菜的拌料。
  • 5.在腌好的白菜上把我们的拌料一层层抹上去。
  • 6.在搅拌机里放入剩下的半颗梨和少量洋葱,倒一杯水(纸杯大小),加上一勺鱼露和一小勺盐(约1/3勺),搅拌均匀。
  • 7.把我们搅拌好的料汁儿倒进去。放到泡菜盒子里盖好,在室温(18-20度左右比较合适)里放一个一晚上。
  • 8.再放到冰箱里隔两天就可以拿出来吃了!
