  • 1.准备好原材料。
  • 2.用料理机将紫甘蓝打成汁,打汁的时候加入适量水,不然不容易打细,将汁过滤出来待用,剩下的渣不要倒了哟,可以用来做漂亮的馒头。
  • 3.将过滤出来的汁倒入泡菜盐水中,泡椒切成小段放入增加辣度。
  • 4.莲藕去皮切成薄片。
  • 5.锅里水烧开,加入少许白醋和盐,将莲藕焯一下水。
  • 6.将焯水的藕片过凉水。
  • 7.将藕片放入制作好的盐水中,泡三四个小时即可。
  • 8.酸辣爽脆的胭脂藕片做好了。
