孩子他爸喜欢白切猪肝,每次的白煮都满长时间得,所以这次就切片了烫制,这样子缩短了烹饪时间,也能更好的控制食材的熟度。最后的酱汁就根据个人喜好来添加了。不过我觉得这香菇酱真的好百搭,有味有口感。

Steps to make 酱汁拌猪肝

  • 1.备好所用食材,猪肝要提前冰冻一下,易于切片。
  • 2.将猪肝切片好,多次将猪肝泡洗好备用。
  • 3.用香菇酱辣油香醋调一个酱汁。
  • 4.锅里加水煮开,将泡洗好的猪肝下锅。
  • 5.再将葱段下锅。
  • 6.煮至汤底重新开。
  • 7.将葱及猪肝出锅控水入碗。
  • 8.将事先调好的酱汁淋在猪肝上面即可。
