特色萝卜干

  • 冰糖15克
  • 酱油200克
  • 生抽15克
  • 老抽15克
  • 辣椒酱10克
  • 芝麻20克

Steps to make 特色萝卜干

  • 1.清水泡好萝卜干(这是没有用盐腌制的萝卜,晒干的)就是萝卜直接切手指粗的条,晾晒干的。
  • 2.准备大蒜(不喜欢吃蒜味的可以不加)
  • 3.萝卜干洗净挤干水分
  • 4.锅里做开水,下萝卜干煮10分钟左右。喜欢特别软烂的,可以多煮一会。
  • 5.再次捞出挤干水分。
  • 6.锅里少许油,油热时候,下冰糖(大约13粒左右)
  • 7.小火慢慢熬糖
  • 8.完全融化,糖色是棕红色(千万别熬苦了)
  • 9.加半袋普通酱油,加点老抽,生抽,加辣椒酱(不吃辣的可以不加)直接加辣椒面也可以。
  • 10.加蒜,煮开
  • 11.晾凉
  • 12.倒在萝卜干上面
  • 13.拌好
  • 14.成品
