孜然烤肉串
自己烤的肉不仅香,而且是很健康的。因为烤肉是不用油的,肉里面的油会被烤出来,很香,而且不腻,烤肉很嫩,不柴,我家小朋友特别喜欢吃。

Steps to make 孜然烤肉串

  • 1.猪肉洗净。这块肉,瘦的多了点儿,前夹带点儿肉筋的更好些。
  • 2.肥肉切成薄薄的小块,瘦肉切成长方块。
  • 3.切好的肉里面撒盐腌几个小时。我是中午腌的,下午烤。
  • 4.竹签洗好,抹点儿油在签子上更容易穿肉。
  • 5.将肉串一串串的穿好。穿的时候要小心别扎到手。
  • 6.将孜然粉撒在肉串上。
  • 7.用手将孜然粉抹在肉串上,捏一捏,使孜然沾的更多更均匀牢固。
  • 8.烤箱温度230度,烤25分钟就可以了。
